A Message From Our Founder

"We carry our heritage in flavors, in stories, and in memories"

I grew up with the scent of Sunday sauce in the air as it simmered on the stove. My grandmothers taught me, in their own special ways, how to make the perfect meatball and prepare the braciole, and the secrets to a pot of gravy that could silence a room.  

But it was never just about the food. It was the stories, the laughter, the gentle corrections, and the unspoken lessons passed from one generation to the next. The long standing tradition of sharing homemade food with family and friends using a ricotta container.  

Ricottaware is more than a container.  It honors the generations who came before us and the traditions we continue to pass forward.  A tribute to the Italian love that lives in the kitchen - where food means family and every bite is made to share!

I hope it brings back the special memories of treasured family traditions, and the joy of helping in the kitchen.
