Refund policy

All sales are Final Sale, with the exception of items damaged during shipment. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is received damaged as a result of shipment, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

To start a return for an item damaged during shipment, you can contact us at support@ricottaware.com.  

When emailing us, please be sure to include the following information:

1.  Order number

2.  Your name, phone number and email contact 

3.  Photos of the damaged items and/or shipping box 

4.  Description of the damage/issue 

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how we will proceed to make things right. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Missing or Wrong items

If your order is missing an item(s) or if you have received the wrong item, please email us upon receipt at support@ricottaware.com so that we can assist in resolving any issues as quickly as possible.
